Abstract
This article is devoted to the study of the theoretical foundations and practical approaches to the comprehensive development of language skills among primary school students in native language and reading literacy classes. The study analyzes the effectiveness of modern pedagogical methods, particularly interactive techniques, project-based learning, and integrated lessons, in the simultaneous development of all components of language skills. The article proposes practical recommendations for enhancing students’ speech activity, expanding vocabulary, improving text comprehension and analysis, as well as developing the ability to express ideas clearly in written form. The results of the study demonstrate that the comprehensive development of language skills based on an integrated approach in native language and reading literacy classes plays a significant role in improving students’ overall academic performance and communicative competence.
